micro1 is engaging Corporate Treasury Experts to contribute their industry know-how to a cutting-edge project supporting a leading customer in the finance sector. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Evaluate banking, treasury, and cash-management workflows in real-world business scenarios using provided digital tools and integrations.
2. Test and assess the functionality of payments, liquidity, reconciliation, and cash management modules, identifying operational strengths and limitations.
3. Deliver expert feedback on system performance, authenticity of workflows, and areas for improvement based on your professional experience.
4. Identify and document any incorrect, unrealistic, or suboptimal outcomes presented by AI-enabled or connected applications.
5. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and provide actionable recommendations for refining workflow logic and tool connectivity.
6. Contribute clear, concise written reports outlining findings, insights, and suggestions for enhancing tool usability and outcome reliability.
7. Support iterative testing and review processes as the project evolves, prioritizing accuracy and practicality from a treasury professional’s perspective.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Significant practical experience in corporate treasury, cash management, business banking, payments, liquidity management, or related treasury operations.
2. Hands-on knowledge of banking, treasury, or cash-management platforms in operational business settings.
3. Sound judgment in financial processes, operational risk, and reconciliation practices.
4. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and commitment to accuracy.
5. Clear, professional communication skills, especially in documenting findings and sharing feedback.
6. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus.
7. Previous participation in technology testing, workflow validation, or AI evaluation projects is beneficial but not required.
